2026 LVPOA Annual Meeting
Dear Owners,
Our annual meeting was held August 15, 2026 at Colorado City Community Center, 4705 Sante Fe Avenue.
Twenty parcel owners attended, with thirty one parcels casting ballots for four resolutions; including approval of 2027 budget, approval of 2025 Annual Meeting notes, approval of 2027 grazing lease. A proposal to modify Lago Vistas covenants section 12.8 to allow large animals on any parcel was not approved.
In light of the recent wildfires, a concern was raised as to the status of Lago Vistas fire hydrants.
Jeff McAllister was elected to a three year term as was new Board member Jolynda Baker. Other members include Ken Christ, Dave Sligar and Bill Shaffer.

Unauthorized Visitors
Dear Owners,
We ask all Lago Vistas residents to be vigilant for any unauthorized visitors to our community. The Pueblo County Sheriff's Department is available to assist our residents if there are any issues with trespassing.
We do have several new families that have or are in the process of re-homing to Lago Vistas, so please be cordial in your interactions with people you don't recognize.
