Plans are being finalized for our 2025 Annual Meeting. This year's meeting will be held at Colorado City Community Center, 4705 Sante Fe Dr, August 16, 10:00 am - 12:00 pm. More news to come.

A great big thank you to all who paticipated in clearing out the cattle guard at Lago Vistas gate! These fine people include: Stephanie, Cody and Josh Taylor, Paul Shaw, Dean Zemp, Peter Hoogendyk and Ken Christ.

Also, for his continued attention- (at least once weekly)- to the unpaved roadways in Lago Vistas, Dean Zemp deserves an especial thanks. He has kept the ruts and bumps at bay through his efforts- rain or shine.

As of this morning, April 13, the cattle are back! Watch your property gates if you don't want uninvited guests!

As the new year begins, we ask all Lago Vistas residents to be vigilant for any unauthorized visitors to our community. The Pueblo County Sheriff's Department is available to assist our residents if needed.

We do have several new families that have or are in the process of re-homing to Lago Vistas, so please be cordial in your interactions with people you don't recognize.
